Some ideas begin with a business plan. Val D’Enna began with a place.
Over the years, Sicily became more than somewhere we visited. With a home in the historic town of Mussomeli, we found ourselves returning to the heart of the island, spending time among its old streets, open countryside, and the landscapes surrounding Enna.
And somewhere along the way, I began to notice something about Sicily.
The most beautiful things there rarely ask for attention.
A weathered stone building can stand for centuries and still feel beautiful. A well-made leather bag becomes better with age. An old town doesn't need to reinvent itself every season to remain extraordinary.
There is a quiet confidence to it.
That changed the way I thought about luxury.
To me, luxury shouldn't be about being noticed from across the room. It should be something you experience, the feel of the material in your hand, a detail placed exactly where you need it, or a travel piece you reach for year after year because it simply works beautifully.
That idea became Val D’Enna.
